Pricing and Features

Question: How much does it normally cost to design a website?

Answer: The cost of a website with on-page SEO can vary widely based on complexity and features. For a basic website, it may range from $500 to $2,000, while a more complex site could be $2,000 to $10,000+. On-page SEO services typically cost $300 to $1,500.

Question: How can my website be provided for me free?

Answer: Instead of charging $1,000 or more for a custom website, we provide a more affordable solution by allowing the site to be funded by our hosting services as low as $49 monthly.

Question: What is included with the monthly hosting fee?

Answer: Our low hosting fee includes up to a six page simple website. It also includes a contact form and a special offer form if needed. The fee also includes monthly editing and a free domain name if needed. If a more complicated site is needed such as a blog or limited ecommerce, contact us to discuss your ideas and we can provide a quote for you.

Question: Do I pay upfront or when the website is completed.

Answer: We'll create the first page of your website and get your approval before charging your first monthly fee. The rest of your site will be completed within seven days and submitted for your review and edits.

Question: Do you provide search engine optimization (SEO) services along with the website design?

Answer: We do an initial on-page SEO optimization which is included in our website pricing. (Note: We only do SEO on sites we build.)

Question: Is website security included in the design package?

Answer: SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, is a security protocol that employs advanced encryption to safeguard sensitive information transmitted over the internet. By establishing a secure channel between a user's browser and the website's server, SSL ensures safe data transfer. All SavvySite built websites come with an SSL certificate. When you access your site for the first time, you'll notice the lock symbol next to the domain name, indicating that your site is secure which will help your customers have confidence in you, your business, and your website.

Question: Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?

Answer: The website will load lighting fast on most computers and phones. Making your site mobile-friendly is a high priority with SavvySites since the majority of searches now are done on mobile devices.

Question: Will I get an email account with my new domain?

Answer: One email account for one user is free as part of a new domain. An advanced account for more users is available for purchase if you need more than one user.

Question: Do you provide website analytics and tracking services?

Answer: Your site has internal analytics that shows site visits, etc.

Timeline and Editing

Question: What is the typical timeline for completing a website design project with SavvySites?

Answer: The timeframe for beginning the construction of your website depends on two factors: the number of projects already in the queue and the promptness of your completion of the client intake form.

Once you approve the first page of your site and make the initial monthly payment, we'll provide you with an estimated date the rest of your site will be ready for your review. The subsequent timeline will be influenced by the number of edits you wish us to perform. With a limited number of edits and quick response time between us, the time from our start to finish can likely be as little as three business days.

Question: Can you help with website editing after the design is complete?

Answer: Our price includes editing as needed. If the editing is excessive, we will need to adjust the monthly fee.

Answer: Our affordable prices are the result of using AI to design the site. The AI chooses a design that is comparable with other businesses in your category.

Question: Can I see examples of websites you have designed for other clients?

Answer: You can explore our portfolio of designed websites on our website. If you are open to allowing us to showcase your site as an example, we are currently offering a reduced monthly fee for the design and development of your website.

Question: Is the website design process inclusive of logo design and other graphics?

Answer: Online, you can find both complimentary and cost-effective logo and graphic design services. If you require these services, we'd be happy to provide you with referrals to some suitable options.

Question: Will my website be scalable to accommodate future growth and changes?

Answer: We're capable of adding extra pages, forms, and more to your website. For an increased monthly fee we can add a small online store as well as a blog page on your site. Presently, our e-commerce offerings are quite restricted. However, if you have a small quantity of items to sell, we are open to discussing your requirements.

Question: Will I be able to update content on the website myself?

Answer: In most cases we do not recommend editing the site yourself. Since the mobile and desktop versions of the site are connected but also somewhat independent, changes that are not carefully analyzed on both platforms can create problems to one or both platforms.

Question: Can you integrate social media and other third-party tools into the website?

Answer: We can add links to your Facebook Page and other social media accounts.
