Business Name: Provide your business name as you'd like it to appear on Google.
Business Category: Select the category that best describes your business (e.g., restaurant, spa, gym, etc.).
Business Address: Provide your physical address, including street name, city, state, and postal code. (Very important: If your business address is a home address, please indicate that. If your business is a home-based business and you don’t invite customers into your home, hide your home address.)
Service Area (if applicable): If your business provides services at customer locations (e.g., a delivery service, plumber, painter, etc.), specify the areas you serve. (Names of towns your business serves less than a two-hour drive in any direction.)
Business Phone Number: Share a contact number where customers can reach your business.
Business Website: Provide the URL of your website. Not having a website is not a good plan for ranking high in Google search results.
Business Hours: Specify your regular operating hours (opening and closing times) for each day of the week.
Business Description: Write a brief and engaging description of your business, highlighting its unique features and offerings.
Photos and Videos: Share high-quality images and videos showcasing your business, products, services, and ambiance. Add descriptions to the images in the alt text tag so the images will be provided to the visually impaired and enhance the SEO for your business.
Attributes: List any specific attributes that describe your business (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, outdoor seating).
Payment Methods Accepted: Mention the payment methods you accept at your business (e.g., cash, credit cards, online payments).
Customer Reviews: If you have any existing customer reviews, send them a link to submit them online. You can also list one or two in your images that show on your GBP listing.
Preferred Contact Person: Provide the name and contact details of the person who will or does manage the Google Business Profile.
Additional Information: It is good to post updates on new services offered, sales, business hours for holidays, new products offered, etc.
